What is JAMPROP?


How do I subscribe to JAMPROP?

This involves four (4) simple steps:
Step 1
Select Sign Up and fill out the fields required. E.g. Name, Address, TRN number.

Step 2

Agree to TERMS AND CONDITIONS which outlines terms of use and distribution

Step 3
Pay for the subscription fee at any NLA location.

Step 4
Accounts will be updated and activated within one working day upon confirmation of receipt of payment by the Business Services Department.

What is the subscription fee?

The subscription fee is $60,000.00 JMD.

How long does my subscription last?

The subscription lasts for 12 months; commencing at the month of activated.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Once your subscription expires you will not be able to log in and would be required to renew your subscription.

How do I renew my subscription?

Once payment has been made to the Business Services Department. Your account will be reactivated.

How often will the sales data be updated?

The information will be updated by the 10th of each month.

I am a current subscriber to Property Sales Data. Will I have to sign up to JAMPROP separately?

All Property Sales Data subscribers’ accounts will cease to exist at the expiration of their subscription. Customers should then sign up to JAMPROP.

How will I get my data?

You will be able to access all the information through your subscription online.

How do I reset my password?

You would select the Change Password option at the top right of the home screen and follow the instructions. An email will be sent with a generated password.

Can I share the data exported?

NO. The sharing of the sales data is prohibited.

Will I be reminded when my subscription expires?

Yes. One month prior to expiration date.

Can I pay my subscription online?

Not at this time. This will be an added feature. You are currently required to make payment at any of our offices. Please see CONTACT US for the list of locations.

Can I subscribe in other frequencies apart from yearly?
